“Every time I order a new set, within the first few weeks, the clips end up breaking. It’s frustrating because you pay so much money for “good quality” extensions and you end up having to pay more to fix them or replace them sooner than you would other brands. This is the second time a set I have purchased has caused me an issue and I’m starting to wonder if I will continue to purchase for the company.”
“I’ve bought extensions for about 5 years now. This is the second time I’ve gotten them from Bellami. Both times they have had so much much shedding it’s crazy. I even bought the thickest ones they had this last time and I have about half left and they’re two inches shorter without me cutting anything. I am a licensed professional and I just feel that if I bought these only less than two months ago, they shouldn’t be so damaged so quickly.”
“The website should make it more clear that the hair is synthetic and cannot be re-colored to better match your exact hair color. The majority of the extension products on the website are 100% real human hair and this was the expectation for this product as well. The product is now unusable for me.”
“Im not a pro when it comes to buying wigs or extensions but overall i like this ponytail except that it was too light for me. Was well packaged with safety seal unlike the other ponytail that i ordered after it which had no seal and the hair was not at same length looked unnatural.”
