I was really thankful for the quick response when I asked for a consultation on what extensions I should get to match my current hair color!

The pony is so stiff even after being washed & colored. The color didn’t actually take on it. It was also supposed to match my reg extensions but was diff color. Haven’t even used them much because I don’t like how they look.

This are by far the best extensions I've ever purchased

I received the ponytail for free when I ordered my hair extensions except it never came with my order I had to call and then they made me pay for shipping. The lady I spoke with said since I ordered the platinum blonde extensions the ash blonde would match my hair. It doesn't match what so ever the color is way off! I'll never wear it. The hair isn't soft and you can tell it's extensions. Same thing with the extensions I purchased. I wish I spent the extra money and just got tape ins. You can see the clip in and they are heavy and rough. I hate them

I was so exited to receive my ponytail. I opened it up as soon as it got here and I went to put it in my hair and that's when I realized how awful it was. It is poorly designed by providing a tiny prong to keep it in your hair when it weighs half of your head. You have to wear the pony on the top of your head for it to even have a chance to stay up, which it will eventually fall off because wrapping a piece of hair around it doesn't hold it up. I was really upset that I paid $40 for something that I can't even use. Also, in the multiple attempts to get it attached, it lost around 100 "hairs". I say "hairs" because it's definitely not human hair. Very sad because I have heard great reviews about this brand from Bloggers but I was very disappointed by the product I received.
