“Hello so I received my Bellami 20inch Lilly hair and I am so unhappy with it. I order the vibrant red ones and they are horrible. The customer service said that you were able to color them. I colored them 5 different times and they still do not match my hair, and one of the clips are bent and does not fit right in my hair. I also purchased the ponytail and it's horrible I can not die it. I am very unsatisfied. I am a hair colorist I was looking for good extensions and I saw the before and after and they looked great that's why I invested so much money into the Lilly hair. After I called them with a Demi hair color no ammonia they were very knotty and when I wear them they knot up. I would apperaite if you can get back to me. I would like my money back on the LIlly hair. Thank you,
