“Hi so i was very excited to receive my extensions. I tested them for a couple weeks and I noticed my clips are not holding on to my hair. When I clip my extensions in they feel so loose, even with teasing the roots of my hair and spraying hair spray on it. It makes me really sad because I can’t go a whole day with wearing them because the clips keep coming undone.”

The hair was wrapped up in a hair net, in a plastic sleeve, in an envelope. I was expecting an elaborate box perhaps. Just didn’t feel like I was opening something worth what I paid and that really took away from the experience.”
