“I have to say I was really dissapointed with this ponytail, to me it seemed pretty fake looking as you could tell it wasn't real hair, I will be honest I didn't realize this was a synthetic product when I had bought it so it's my fault there, but I have had synthetic wigs that have looked a lot more natural than this. But really my biggest complaint is it would not stay in my hair at all it hurt to have in, looked lumpy and then would just fall out. Unfortunately you can't return their ponytails so it was definitely a waste of money.”

“I had previously ordered the full set of clip on extensions in color 613 bleach blonde. The quality was great and color matched perfectly so I decided to order the ponytail wrap in the same color 613 bleach blonde. The quality was no as nice (more synthetic looking) but the shade was COMPLETLY off. These are very gold and does not even come close to matching my hair or the extensions I had purchased a couple of months prior. I have already reached out last week and have yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed because I was so excited for this pony wrap because it seems very convenient (I have a 3 week old so I don't have much time to spend on my hair) Now I feel stuck with a $40 ponytail that I wasted money on because I can't even use it.”
