“The ponytail wrap was a free gift with my purchase so I was excited to receive both items. Upon arrival I noticed the colors were both very different from each other. The ponytail was a very cool, bright blonde (almost platinum) which does not match my hair at all. The clip in extensions were the perfect warm blonde so I wasn't disappointed there. Every time I have tried to wear the ponytail it just slips out. Maybe my hair is too fine for the ponytail to stay secure on my head. It's very heavy as well so that didn't help. The quality of the hair is great. Very soft and shiny. Quite heavy for a ponytail though. Application is somewhat difficult. Need to get the hang of it. Needs to be colored to match my own hair.”
