“The color was wrong, and the delivery took for ever to be in my house. I return the item to exchange it with other color hopefully it doesn't take to long to arrive in my house.”

“Unfortunately I was extremely unhappy with this product, I received it and it was laughable. I've LOVED my Bellami extentions and as a hair stylist I've endorsed the company making Bellami hundreds of dollars in sales. But that being said, the ponytail was the biggest waste of money. My first mistake was not understanding that the ponytail is synthetic . That's my bad, maybe I didn't fully read BUT you are able to use heat on them under 400° so that's a plus(though I haven't tried). In reality though my ponytail looks like barbie hair, shiny, ridiculously fake, yellow-blonde barbie hair. You're better off going to your local Sally's Beauty Supply.”
