“The quality of the extensions I received were a w f u l. But thankfully customer service helped me out, even though they weren't able to help me get new extensions by the date I needed them. Hopefully my next set is better than before.”
“The Reason I rated Bellami a 4 star Is because their were a few minor things that I didn't like. I ordered $200 hair extensions and I expected it to be in a better package then the one I Received it in. It was just in a regular plastic package and the hair was stuffed in the package As Well. Also the shipping took a little bit longer to get here. other than that I was happy with the product. Thank you”
“If you want to be frustrated to he’ll buy this- it’s a hot mess and not easy to work with. You are better off just getting a actual set and clipping in upside down to make a pony albeit you aren’t getting inches. The wrap portion is hair which honestly is the fail part of the pony. Flawed design indeed. Save your coins and don’t let the free pony with purchase fool you. Stick to the actual sets.”
