My fiancé ordered them December 15, 2017. It is January 19, 2018. Never got my hair. There was no proper shipping or tracking code. I was lied to by a girl on the phone from Bellami that they crossed the border. I got Canada post and UPS to do an investigation. Nothing came up. I wrote a letter, and was asked to wait another month. After conversion, it cost $450 Canadian dollars. All I wanted was them re-shipped or my money back. Neither this far. LZ674867806US”
“When I first got these they blended with my hair extremely well and they looked so fabulous. Unfortunately I haven’t even had them for a full month and there already in super bad condition, keep in mind i only wear them about 3 times a week, and I don’t use heat on them often if I do it’s on a very low setting. I’ve washed them once and let them air dry and they have turned to complete crap. I was expecting a lot more from this brand of extensions. Normally I buy my extensions from Sally’s Beauty Supply and those last me for a solid year maybe longer and these didn’t even last a month. Also the seam was falling apart by the 2 week I had them. Super bummed. Won’t be ordering again. Waste of money.”
