“The extensions are great, but DO NOT pay the extra shipping and handling for the ponytail wrap, it's so so heavy and doesn't hold because of the weight. The elastic gets stuck to my hair and I have to rip hair out.”

“I loved my wrap pony tail. I only had one problem with it and I hope in the future Bellami takes this into consideration. My hair is long to being with so I didn’t really get the pony for the longer length, I got it more so my pony tail can have more volume. The problem is that I have really thick hair so the pony didn’t wrap around my natural pony tail. I made it work but it was hard. Maybe Bellami should consider making the wrap longer for people with thick hair. Besides that it was great and I loved it.”
