“I was so excited to get this ponytail wrap but after I opened it up and tried it on I realized that I can't even use the thing because the design is so dysfunctional it slides off my ponytail the moment I put it on. It is extremely heavy due to the long beautiful thick hair (which is a good thing) but the weight is not adequately supported by the thin, weak piece of velcro that's supposed to wrap around to secure the ponytail extension to your own ponytail, so it's not usable. Maybe I'll see if I can glue or sew in a comb to this ponytail wrap because I can't wear it otherwise.”
