“I love this pony the color is spot on and I really prefer the wrap style over the clip ( I have gotten both from Bellami). I also really loved that it was a free gift when I purchased it. Those kind of add ons are so nice. I will say this though- it may just be me but there were no instructions on how to use the wrap pony and I had never used one before. The velcro got stuck in my hair and I had to take to YouTube to find an instruction video so adding a little bit of direction would be nice...The
ONLY thing I really disliked- which is why I gave 4 stars- is how thick it is. This can be a completely personal preference but I think its super heavy and kind of unnatural looking because of how thick it is- and is uncomfortable because of the weight. BUT to be honest I can just cut it myself to give it some layers and it would be fine…all in all I love Bellami and their products so I highly recommend all of their extensions. :)”
“Shipping was not free and it took forever. Nothing special about the product to be honest. Too expensive and it hurts when it's on. Will not recommend.”

“I love this product, however, the velcro portion of the wrap does not stay in place or hold to the part that it should causing the ponytail to slip off and out of place. Securing it to the hair with tons of pins kind of defeats the whole purpose I think of the convenience of it being a wrap ponytail.Perhaps a larger surface area of velcro is needed along with a better quality of velcro fastener is needed. I was a bit disappointed, sorry”
