“I purchased the 24" black wrap faux ponytail last week and after one wear they were ratty, frayed and rough. I'm aware they're artificial hair - and my expectations weren't too high - but seriously, even for artificial hair this product is TERRIBLE. What a waste of money.”
“If not for the free promotion I don't think I would've purchased this ponytail. The quality of the hair is really good being that it is synthetic, however it still does tangle quite a bit. The colour match is perfect, but I have such thick hair that it won't stay secure on my head! :( I wish there was some extra clips or something to fasten the ponytail on better”
“I placed an order on Wednesday May 31st, it didn't arrive until today Friday June 9th. I had been curious about this brand and thought why not give them a try. Well, my Jet Black extensions are in fact black BUT the Off Black ponytail is brown, literally BROWN. They do not include a way for you to "check it" outside of the package the way they do with extensions, so you will be essentially screwed. When you put the Off Black pony tail next to the Jet Black extension sample you can actually see how brown it is. UGH! Cannot believe I fell for their "deal". I would avoid any promotion that they run. Heavily disappointed, completely useless.”
