“I was really looking forward to trying out this ponytail! It was just WAY too heavy it would literally pull my head back with it's weight. Couldn't even manage wearing it for 5 minutes it was so heavy and uncomfortable. The hair also has that synthetic sheen to it which I didn't love. I wish Bellami would make a natural hair, lighter weight, more natural version of the pony!”

“So this was my first purchase from Bellami and at first I was kind of on the fence about purchasing the hair but I just ended up saying "fuck it, why not" and so I just made the purchase. I purchased a Faux Wrap Ponytail in Off Black for my Winter Formal at my college, although I wouldn't say the event is formal, but kinda ratchet, but still I love it and I had a great time. This hair piece was really what made my entire look. I had this vision of what I wanted to look like in my head and this ponytail made that vision become a reality. I was acting a complete fool with my long luxurious hair. I kept swinging it back and forth, just acting a damn fool all night. The great thing about this piece is that the wrap part is actually like a piece of velcro or something like that which is totally hidden underneath the hair. The piece also had a clip for extra support so it doesn't (and didn't) move all night. I even used hairspray and edge control on the piece and it was still soft and silky. It does shed a bit, but that is to be expected with any hair extensions. I don't known any of the Bellami heat products but I was still able to use my known heat products on this piece too. I also love that it came in a little cap and cute storage bag as well.
I was also pleased with Bellami's customer service. When I was emailed my shipping confirmation and tracking number, the tracking wasn't included in the email or wasn't showing or something, but after emailing Bellami's customer service, they not only responded very quickly and respectfully, but they were able to fix the issue within an hour of me sending out my email!
