Perhaps it takes two people to get it to work, because I definitely couldn't do it on my own. It could also be that my hair is fine, and my own ponytail is very thin. Maybe you need already thick hair to make this look good. Either way, I was glad that I received it as a bonus gift and didn't pay for it.”
“I loved it but wore it once and it got incredibly tangled. I have tried brushing it with several different types of brushes, washing it and nothing worked! It is un-tamable and un-wearable. I really want to try it one more time to see maybe it was a fluke but won't because I am afraid it would be a waist of money because it would be ruined after one use again.”
