“Placed order on website, webdite said low stock. Come to find out it was out of stock because I called and was then noticed product wouldn't be available til end of July and this was in may when I placed my order.”
“I love it but it's almost too long and heavy. The length and weight makes it tangle a lot. In addition, the hold on the hair isn't that great. Even if I gently brush it, chunks of hair come out. I won't buy it again at full price but since it was a free gift, I am happy to wear it. The final look is amazing!”
“I love my lily hair but this ponytail is a complete fail. It doesn't meet the bellami quality standards. After putting it in loosely once the clip came unsewn and I had to sew it myself. It shed worse than any extensions I've ever had and I was afraid walking around with it in because it never felt secure. Id much rather get creative with my current lily hair and clip them in so I can wear ponytails. Please make new ones with sturdy clips and real hair! Thank you I will continue to recommend lily hair.
