“This ponytail is terrible quality. It lasted me all of 2 hours before it turned into a nappy disaster. If I didn’t comb it every 20 minutes, it just got worse. I needed it for an event and ended up being mortified with the way it looked all night. It says you can apply heat up to 400 degrees, but even on the lowest heat setting the hair burned off. I bought a new ponytail extension made of real hair on amazon for half the price!!”

“I really am so disappointed in this purchase. I bought this item in-store and was so excited to try it out as I had been wanting to purchase it for a long time after reading so many reviews and watching them on youtube. One thing I would like to note is that it wasn't until AFTER I had paid and was signing the receipt that the SA told me it was a final sale item (?!?!), which is in bad taste imo. I tried this out when I got home and spent a solid hour trying to get this hair piece to stay in my ponytail - NOTHING WORKED. It simply won't tighten around my pony enough to stay on for even 5 minutes (and I am putting in many bobby pins). I am not sure if it is the quality of velcro, the weight of hair they used or if I had purchased a one-off dud. This is so frustrating considering it is a final sale and I just wasted my money and cannot even exchange it for something else - not even a lighter, shorter piece. Very disappointed.”
