I ordered the chocolate brow clip. In extensions and they match my hair perfectly so I thought why not get the same color for the pony tail? Yeah no not the same at all and it looks so fake and its so shiny I got mine free but now I know why...

Received the boogatti hair extensions and they were really thin. I contacted Customer service and they were great and had me send them back. They sent me a new set which I'm pretty sure was the same exact set I received the first time. I had to go buy another set of extensions just to make these ones thick enough to blend in with my hair. I'm just extremely disappointed about the false advertisement this company promotes about their boogatti extensions and especially how much money I spent.

My entire experience with bellami has been a nightmare and a huge waste of money. Beginning with the online consultation to get color matched, to receiving damaged products, to ultimately not being able to wear my extensions whatsoever. I ordered the thickest clip-in extensions (lily) after being reassured by the online chat girl that it would be enough for my hair. I sent several pictures and explained how thick my hair was, and reassured me this set would work. Turns out it’s not enough hair to match my thickness. I went to my stylist and she tried to apply them, but it looked like crap because it simply wasn’t enough hair. She told me if I wanted to wear extensions I would have to order another pack. I wish the girl who was doing my online consultation would have been honest and just told me that the wefts whiny blend with extremely thick hair. I feel bad because the extensions are beautiful, but obviously not meant for my hair type.

Hello, I ordered my package in the beginning of september. I have yet to receive my package, although, I'm guessing from this email that it means I should have received the package. I hope this email is sent by mistake and my package is on its way. I saved up 2 months of work just so I could have this hair for my birthday. Please let me know.

Love my pony! Gotta get used to the weight, but overall great! Also kinda disappointed that my pony has uneven hair lengths, the first one I got was smooth and on point, this one, not so much :( However I did have an issue with the first pony that it didn’t have the anchor so I couldn’t even use it :( … still love it though!

I received the hair, with the box. Box was bent and looked used. It had scrapes on one side and the other was bent because of the way they shipped it (in a bag, not a box). I am super excited to see the hair but it is missing a piece, I took a picture and sent it in to ask what piece was missing, no response.(NOT JUST THE PONY TAIL PEICE WAS MISSING) I also didn't receive a free ponytail. I have repeatedly sent messages. One message said to send the shipping label, which would have been easy enough to do if it wasn't weeks after I had received the hair and has already got rid of the shipping label, because who keeps the label? I did have all the bags that the hair came in. Proved that with several pictures of everything I did receive. The bag that came with it that you hang your hair in was torn. I seriously believe I got a used set of merchandise. The customer service so far hasn't been very forth coming. I am upset and disappointed. The hair isn't cheap and to receive such a botched set is even more upsetting. The two stars is because the hair was nice and soft. I haven't had a chance to wear it yet just because I was waiting to hear back from this company and see if they can assist with the overall issues. Remember, a piece of the set is missing and that doesn't include the ponytail. Then an email came in pretty much calling me a liar about not receiving the pony tail or the missing hair piece. I was shocked!!! This is the recent email I received from them: Thank you so much for contacting us here at Bellami Hair, my name is Aryshia and it would be my pleasure to assist you today! As advised we can certainly send you out a replacement box but I can not guarantee there may or may not be scuffs due to the way the boxes are stored as well we may offer a replacement hanger and carrier in black. Correct we do have all your information regarding the purchase and what was shipped yet all orders are manually packaged for shipment. All orders will have to be signed on the label before shipment pick up by the person that packaged your order to ensure all items were present, we do not have this information. From the weight of the package all items were present before pickup and after pickup within Fedex scans as the parcel did weight out to be 4LBS. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out! We are here to help! Best Regards, Aryshia/ I WOULD HAVE INCLUDED PICTURES FOR PROOF BUT AM UNABLE TO DO THAT. SO WHEN THEY TRY AND TELL YOU THAT EVERYTHING IS THERE BECAUSE OF THE SHIPPING LABEL. PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THEM, ITS A SHAM.
