“I ordered the 180g chocolate brown wrap ponytail for prom and received what seems to be the the chestnut brown instead. It’s very red and doesn’t match my hair at all. I’m so disappointed and now I have to scramble to find something else to do with my hair for prom. I was so excited to try bellami hair out and enjoy my prom but I don’t think I will ever be ordering again. So upset.”
“I ordered the Chocolate Brown shade. The photo they showed was a medium brown ash color. What I got was Copper? This company didn't let me return this when I was clearly unhappy that their site was misleading. So disappointing. Thanks for nothing. Oh and the Ponytail is too heavy and has no support.”
“I ordered a pony tail in the shade chocolate. Ladies and gents I done got sent some reddish blonde color. Emailed them and asked them if I could exchange or give me my money back. Like honestly the photo online was one big lie. The women who responded to my email wants to say oh well if it is a synthetic ponytail the color can be off. Like girl I have bought 10 dollar pony tail SYNTHETIC extensions that have matched fine. Like how do you get brown wrong?? And btw if you open the package you can’t return them like how are people supposed to compare the shade to their hair color? Will never buy from Bellami again. Period.”
