“I ordered chocolate brown and was sent dark brown. I have ordered chocolate brown in the past and needed a new pair. When it came, the tester looked a little darker but I thought nothing of it. When I opened it and saw all of the wefts I realized I was sent the wrong color or it had been packaged wrong. I also received the ponytail in chocolate brown and the difference in color compared to the wefts is ridiculous. Wasted money because it can’t be returned since it’s been opened.”
