“The hair quality is okay, but it is not the same color as advertised on the model. I ordered the picollina hair extensions and ponytail wrap in Ash Brown, but they are two different shades... not really happy about that. Quite pricey for not getting what you want.”
“This pony tail is so long and heavy with the one clip that it is impossible to wear because it does not stay in your hair. I was so excited to get this and wear it and I haven’t once because no matter how many bobby pins I use or what I do it falls right out. The one clip on the front is not enough to secure it to the base of your ponytail. So disappointed.”
