“I ordered wrap ponytail extensions after weeks of speculating and emailing back and forth with customer service. I did color match with a rep, I checked the return policy, everything I was supposed to do. I finally ordered them, under the impression that I could return them if they didn’t match. They DIDN’T match AT ALL. Even though I did color match with a rep! I emailed customer service immediately to try to return them. Well... there’s a NO RETURN POLICY ON PONYS. I LOOKED for that BEFORE I ordered and saw NOTHING! I even took screen shots where it said they could be returned if they hadn’t been opened or tampered with! And they weren’t! Customer service rep told me (after I argued) that they could be sent in for an “inspection” and I could be given store credit. I don’t want store credit. I want my damn money back, and it’s not fair that AT CHECKOUT IT IS NOT LISTED THAT SOME ITEMS ARE NO RETURN. Rude. So rude. I feel like I’ve been robbed.”
“The hair is too heavy and weighs down. The strand of hair that covers the velcro is not thick enough. I do not like this product. It pulls down on your scalp too much and there’s no way to lighten it up”
