“I ordered these extensions with high hopes of receiving them on time for an event I was going to. a few weeks went by and I still hadn’t received them. The order had said it had been delivered and yet I never had them. I paid 400 CAD for these extensions. Called to demand a refund due to the fact that I had to go to Sally’s beauty supply to purchase extensions to have for my event, and the bellami rep told me to send the hair back for a refund and was accusing me of lying. How can I send something back that I DONT HAVE ?! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau”

“I LOVE my Bellami Extensions! They are pricey, but real hair and lovely! They actually even ended up being the same type of hair as my own. So I don't have to worry about them being too fine or too course in comparison. I got them for my wedding that is in a couple months, so I will be experimenting here some more with them to see what I can do with them. I made sure to buy a brush and carry bag for them. SUPER smart decision as I travel often for my business. I highly recommend the carry case even just for safe storage.
