Since it is synthetic hair, it tangles extremely easy!! I would move my head side to side and get tangles in the pony just from doing that. On the plus side, the color matched my hair almost exactly.”

The pony tail’s pins that anchor it into your hair were broken on arrival, so it’s really hard to fix it to my head resulting in it being way too heavy and painful on my hair. Feels like it's pulling my hair out. Un-wearable. The fake hair feels nice and smooth so I wish I could wear it, but I don’t want to end up with even thinner hair than I already have.”
