“I've bought from Bellami before (bought the Bellissima 22" 220g set) and it was fantastic. While I appreciate the extensions we're human hair, I cannot believe how much the quality of bellami hair products has deteriorated. I wore the hair twice and they were virtually ruined after that. What a waste of money. When you receive them they are ridiculously shiny. After having worn them a few times, the hair will fray and become thick and tangled and straw-like. Stay away from this product. Spend the money on genuine, human, virgin hair extensions that will last and actually look natural.”

First problem my hair was on back order AFTER I already ordered it and when I ordered it there was no warning until I got an e mail saying it was on back order afterwards and my money was already taken out of my account. I got over it and continued with the order because I LOVED your hair quality. To me it was worth the wait.
I waited 2 months and finally gr my hair ... Everything looked great and felt great ....
Problem two maybe 5 days of wearing them they immediately became rough , tangled , ratty and I complete mess to the point I just wore them in braids because I couldn't wear them free and long because they would tangle and they felt like SYNTHETIC hair to be honest I can't believe it im so upset and unfortunately I will never be ordering from your company and I will never recommend you to anyone matter of fact I'll be telling them the truth!
I feel like you guys switched up the quality and didn't notify your customers and just took the money instead of making your customers happy and wanting me to come back and buy more.
And please don't disregard me with "care" of your hair because I know what exactly what I'm doing when it comes to hair .... I have been wearing hair extensions since I was a child I am a 31 year old woman who works very hard for her money and I know exactly how to care for hair extensions and like I said I have had your extensions before and they were beautiful I loved them .... I feel like I've been duped with this particular order and I'm extremely upset about it. I've been meaning to write your business.
Please message me back with an answer to why the quality is all of a sudden trash and what your business can do to make it right.
