“I don't know what to feel about these extensions .. the Box came kinda messed up scratched up ... the case for the hair came a little ripped from the side and is not so great because it's a mission to take it out and put it back in since the zipper doesn't come all the way off . The hanger is pointless because the hair is too heavy to stay on it you could probably only use 3 pieces of hair for it to stay on . The hair matched mine so well I was nervous it wouldn't but it did it blended perfect but the hair is not enough I wear all pieces except the 1 piece and it's so heavy for nothing because you can still see my real hair also the one piece is hard to put on I can only put on the top clips but not the bottom ones and if you wear the one piece and with the other pieces it becomes to heavy and bulky and it looks ridiculous. I'm not happy with this purchase and for that price it's very disappointing . Also I have the nano titanium flat iron and when I want to curl or flat iron it , its terrible ! If you put it on the lowest setting it won't curl it won't straighten nothing ! But if I put it higher it burns and leaves my iron all burnt with hair so injust don't know what else to do with this hair . I've never had this problem with other hair extensions I've used in the past but this one .”
“The clip in extensions are beautiful but the color of the pony tail was not as described. It looks grey. Like an old woman’s ponytail. The hanger also does not hold the hair so I’m not sure what the purpose of it is.”
“The colour of the extensions was far from what was displayed and obviously they can’t get them to look exactly the way they should but this is was way off. Note that yes they do a full refund but you have to pay shipping so if you’re like me and don’t live in America - you literally have to pay for a let down. A product that isn’t what was displayed.”
