“Great quality- however, it was way too heavy for my hair, even after i thinned it out with thinning shears. Hair is also very shiny. Blended well with my natural hair.”

“First of all the ponytail did not look like picture and was not ombre, I thought I was ordering ponytail sold dark brown at top with a blonde ombre but ponytail is nearly all blonde there is no sold brown anywhere blonde goes all the way through it, was not able to match my hair so I wasted my money and can do nothing with it. Also the one small clip and wrap in my opinion does not feel very secure as I did still try on ponytail. Also package I read you can make exchange as long as you haven't broke package seal but that is ridiculous because obviously I had to take hair out of package to see it wasn't like picture hair I thought I was ordering.”
