“The bunching at the clip was messy. The hair had many strands which were at one time white or grey and didn't take to the Mochachino Brown coloring job by Bellami. The hair was frizzy and dry with lots of split ends. Bellami should rethink their packaging too. At this price point, I would have liked to receive my hair in a satin protective package and not clear plastic.
Also, I would suggest better quality control. You may be doing a lot of business now but your quality is suffering and will ruin your reputation eventually.”
