“Everything was great , the shipment process, the hair , the ponytail. The only thing that disappointed me was the the packaging, for spending almost 200 dollars on hair I thought it might come in a nice Bellami box but it was just in plastic wrap. I will definitely be ordering more extensions in the future though!”
