“I like the ponytail a lot, I think that my only problem is that the dirty blonde color is a lot lighter than a dirty blonde should be. I wish there was a way to get a sample of hair colors to see what might match best, because honestly that is the biggest problem people have with buying hair extensions. Obviously the hair is not real human hair and I did not expect it, but it has a good amount of hair in the ponytail for what it's worth. Other than the blonde colors verging on too bright I think that it is a good ponytail for what it's worth. I wouldn't worry about it not being real hair and looking fake because honestly anyone hair that 24 inch pony is gonna look fake! Haha but I do like it and will wear it, but I need to lighten my hair. Another thing that slightly bothers me is that there are no sample hair pieces you can unpack to make sure the color works for you, so whatever hair piece you buy, you are stuck with. So be very careful with choosing your color!”
“It's pretty lacklustre. I'm glad I received it free with my extensions, because I would have been really disappointed if I had paid for it alone.
I find it to be too shiny, it tangles easily, and it is hard to place properly, so it doesn't feel like it is slipping (or actually fall off).
I'm hoping to figure something out, to make it look less fake.”
