“Every time I wear them strands and strands of hair fall off of them. They come pretty thick but by the 3rd/4th time you wear them, half the hair is missing”

“I have been a previous costumer and loved Bellami hair extension and swore by them. I purchased a boogati extension set years ago and loved it so I decided to order news ones when I dyed my hair a different color and was upset that they came thinner than before and extremely frizzy. I was also upset that the free Wrap Ponytail had the clip hanging off it on one side. I wasn’t able to return the boogati’s because I only realized they were different when I opened it completely since I couldn’t really tell by the trial strand. And the ponytail was free and had no returns.”
“I received the Free Pony when ordering my extensions:
1) The colors were very limited
2) It’s nearly impossible to put in alone
3) it’s way too heavy for the velcro to hold in place
4) The clip was sewn on very poorly and ripped within the first tries of putting it on.
5) It it hadn’t have been free I would have returned it.”
“I received the pony free with clip in extension purchase and the hair is nothing like the clip ins. the ends are super torn and split even after I had my hair dresser trim it a little. I can’t conplain too much since it was free but I wasn’t expecting the hair to be in that condition. it was rough and almost scratchy at the ends of the pony. love the look though and maybe I just got a bad batch!”
