“The hair tangles easily after you use any heat on it... even if the temperature is under 400 degrees. The ponytail doesn’t feel very sturdy and I always feel like it’ll slip off my hair. I don’t really like this product and I don’t like wearing it. I ordered one before and it was the wrong color, but they wouldn’t take it back EVEN if the package ISN’T opened. I think that’s ridiculous. I would not recommend this ponytail. Spend your money elsewhere on this site. The regular extensions themselves are amazing. Just not the faux ponytails.”
