“I bought the same pony tail color as my extensions I normally wear from Bell ami. Color is entirely different. Ponytail does not match my hair what so ever. It’s complete night and day from my normal clip in hair extensions. These should probably be revised and looked into, and also made better aware to customers that the color matches aren’t the same.”
