“I would like to start off with a positive part of the pony tail , 1 it seemed like a good buy , getting it "free" with a purchase. 2 the color is so beautiful. Now quality of it ? It sheds a lot , gets easily tangled up, and most importantly it is way too heavy so it falls off easily there is no way to make it stay on steady as some people show in YouTube videos on how to put it on. I tried many ways and the little Velcro thing does not work . The volume I got is great it covers my short thick hair, the length is perfect but if only I could wear it with out it falling off and causing an embarrassing moment.. I bout it in May and I have yet to wear it . ;/ would of rather gotten something else free with my purchase .”

“I recently purchased and am very unhappy. The first wrap ponytail I received as soon as I tried to place it in my hair, the clip came off. The company was very nice to ship me another one but I had to wait another week for it. The new one came and will not stay in my hair. I follow all video and instructions and it is very heavy and doesn't not wrap or stay in my hair. I'm a stylist and had three other professionals try to place it in my hair and it just slipped right out. Very upset because I now cannot even wear it”
