“I recently started the process of going back blonde from black. My stylist is incredible and got me back to a golden blonde in one sitting. Only problem was, I lost a TON of hair. This piece has saved me! I just throw my hair in a bun toss this pony up and feel absolutely GLAM. Lots and LOTS of compliments on my "weave" lol. Will be purchasing another in a lighter color as well as the extensions once my blonde is the right shade.”
“I love the quality of the extensions. They're thick and stay in really well. My concern though is that they're a pink-ish colour. I thought it might just be my eyes, or the packaging....but every time I wear them they still have a pink tint to them. I've had a few friends point that out too. Have you had other people mention this with this Dirty Blonde colour?”

“I'm very unhappy with the customer service that Bellami Hair provides its customers. I have purchased 3 pairs of extensions with this company and recently purchased my 4th and last pair. I purchased my extensions on November 4th, 2016. As I knew they were on back order, I confirmed with a customer service representative that id receive them before Christmas. I was assured and felt confident since the back order instructions said 3-4 weeks from purchase. After email tag, copy and pasted responses and the promises of a suprvisor calling me, I reached out on their Facebook page. My comment was deleted twice. After the second time (I have the screenshots), I called Bellami Beauty Bar since that was the only number I could get through to. The women at the Beauty Bar was amazing, but could not help me so I continued to email their customer service staff. Finally after several promises that a supervisor would get in contact with me, I emailed Bellami saying I wanted a supervisor to call me that day or the following. I received a call finally from a supervisor who made me aware that my "back ordered extensions" wouldn't come in till Feburary 2017. I am Canadian and it is not worth asking for my money back with the exchange rate although I wish I could. Very unhappy with the service I received and above is only to name a few incidents. I am a blogger and I will make my viewes cautious of their future purchases with this company as they have lost me as a continuing customer.”
