“Not happy with the pony tail. It's not the same colour as my belami dirty blonde extensions at all, and once you open the seal to try it on you can't return in. It's super heavy also. I payed $80 Australian dollars for this and totally regret it.”
“I'm a veteran in hair extensions, I've had all sorts of hair and all sorts of colors. Been wearing them for years. I usually buy Luxy but they do not sell ponytails, so I went with bellami. When I received my hair it looked so fake, which it is but I've had other ponytails, like from Cashmere hair, that were fake and not look fake. I mean dirty blonde should not have been so light in color, I've bought dirty blonde from here before and it had a darker tone to it, this ponytail was straight bleach blonde. The color made me upset, but I continued to try and wear it, but the ponytail did not want to stay in. It was so heavy, I tried everything, I even cut it to lighten it up but the clip in the piece did not even try. so eventually I just gave up, and I hope this review will help a girl not be as disappointed as I was, and to save some time and money.”
“I've always been a fan of bellami products and was very happy with this point tail. Of course being synthetic you have to be careful,but they are not Lieing,it is a high grade because the hair feels very soft and doesn't tangle like cheap synthetic. My only reason for the 4 star rating is because it can't be exchanged! I went out on a limb to try and find the best color and even sent in a photo of my hair in natural light to get a match. I was matched with dirty blonde which was way to light. The product itself is great, I'm just disappointed that I wasted money on something I can't wear or exchange. I'm too afraid to risk spending another $55 again! However I WAS aware that there is no returns or exchanges on this product when I ordered it, so just make sure your certain on the color and I'm sure you'll be satisfied! :)”
