“I've always been a fan of bellami products and was very happy with this point tail. Of course being synthetic you have to be careful,but they are not Lieing,it is a high grade because the hair feels very soft and doesn't tangle like cheap synthetic. My only reason for the 4 star rating is because it can't be exchanged! I went out on a limb to try and find the best color and even sent in a photo of my hair in natural light to get a match. I was matched with dirty blonde which was way to light. The product itself is great, I'm just disappointed that I wasted money on something I can't wear or exchange. I'm too afraid to risk spending another $55 again! However I WAS aware that there is no returns or exchanges on this product when I ordered it, so just make sure your certain on the color and I'm sure you'll be satisfied! :)”
“I have bought hair extensions from bellami and love them, unfortunately the wrap pony is terrible. They shipped me the wrong length 28 instead of 24 inches and it is so heavy that it wont stay on my head without falling off. It is too hard to wrap around because the hair is so heavy and pulls the pony tail down. It is so long it looks unnatural and the hair looks fake. It is also waayyyy too blonde and doesn't match my hair color which is dirty blonde. Pretty bummed because they will not return it, now will have to sell on ebay! Waste of 50 bucks, maybe the clip is better.”
“The color is completely different from the Bambina set, even when ordering the same color.
The hair will not curl, I have washed and attempted curling after multiple tries. Even slight kinks come right out. For me I think it isn't passable unless it can curl slightly. I haven't worn it yet due to it. Its also very heavy where I don't feel confident that the small three-prong tab will keep it in securely.”
