“I tried to ask customer service to help me because my hair had tons of breakage and became very thin and wiry near the ends after just 1/2 a day of trying on the hair and not even styling or using heat on them. this was just a first impression try on and the hair never looked good right after. After speaking with customer service, they just ensured all extensions were like that and it was purposeful. Purposeful? Shedding and wispiness is on purpose??
