“honestly fuck you guys this was the worst experience i ever had if i could review you no star i would. no one answers when you call the customer service and i paid so much extra to have it delivered within 2 days and i wait a whole week to get my product. i tried to get in contact through email but you guys are so incompetent to even respond to a lousy email. when i got the product i realized it was not worth the price and the ponytail looks SO fake and not worth the hassle. i needed to get it before my birthday but i got it literally the following day even if i paid 2-3 day shipping and ordered it in advance. i’m never going to purchase from you guys again and i hope your business eventually crumbles. i’d rather go bald the ever wear another of your products.”
