“The clip you use to clip the ponytail before you secure the Velcro and wrap around the extra piece fell off after 2 uses. 3rd ponytail this has happened to (the other two after 5-6 uses, to be fair). Such a bummer- the hair is beautiful and great quality all around.”
“I’m actually very disappointed in my Bellami Pony tail... it doesn’t feel anywhere near real and tangles so easy it looks like a matted horse tail :( I wish I had purchased the real hair pony but thought I’d try this first to see how I’d like it before spending a larger amount of money. I wore it one day and had to brush it every hour and could barely move my head because it would get tangled instantly. I’ve worn hair extensions for 7 years and never bought anything that was this hard to wear. Also in my opinion it is so heavy as well that it was extremely hard in my neck. I’m only 20 and wear lots of real/faux hair daily. I’d like to return but the package it was shipped in was thrown away.
