“Fairly easy to put on initially. It takes a few tries to get it right. It looks really good when it's first on your head, and your real hair is covered. I read reviews saying it got tangled and didn't think it would be an issue. But it is an issue. The hair gets VERY tangled very quickly. It's not easily brushed out and sheds quite a bit. It gets so tangled that you can easily see your real hair, because the ponytail turns into a few clumps of matted hair. The ponytail is only good for wearing it for a few hours to go to the club. But, I suggest bringing a travel brush with you because it will not be cute if you don't touch up. I have tried many things to make the hair less tangled. I washed the ponytail with fabric softener and applied hair oil while wet then air dried, which helped a little bit. To get the shine out (if you desire) you can apply baby powder or spray lightly with dry shampoo. However, I think dry shampoo may have made the tangling worse. Also, wearing it as a low pony is very difficult, but that is not the fault of the ponytail itself. It's just too heavy to not slip over time. If you're looking for a low pony look, this isn't it. It's best to wear the piece on the top of your head where gravity won't get to the clip. Putting your hair up with multiple hair elastics gives you more height to wrap the ponytail around. Overall, the ponytail is a lot of work for a piece that is supposed to be a simple look. It's probably better to use your regular clip ins for ponytails because although it's a lot of work to conceal the tracks, it's the same amount of effort as this ponytail requires to look half decent. And, that method looks better and is more reliable than the synthetic hair in this ponytail. Hopefully Bellami will offer human hair options for these wrap ponytails in the future, because the quality of this synthetic hair is not cute.”
