“This product is horrible for women with thin hair. The hair is WAY too heavy and does not fit well in a ponytail. It completely weighs your head down. I even e-mailed a representative to ask about this product before I bought it and she stated this would be perfect pretty much for women with thin hair. A complete lie. Also, because of the “no return†policy, I cannot return it so now I lost out on $50 for a product that I can never wear.”
