“The hair itself is pretty amazing. Feels like real hair. The color matching was fairly accurate (slightly lighter than expected) but 1. The piece sheds like crazy after one day 2. there is no way to make it stay in place; I think the Velcro strap is way too thin. I tried everything: Bobby pins, hair clips, double tie, bun... nothing. It doesn’t stay in place and the 3 prong clip is already coming off. I emailed customer service to see what they can do, because this is definitely not okay.”
