“Im not used to synthetic so i dont know if it is normal, but it started tangling aftee first time worn. Also the velcro on the piece that wraps gets caught on the ponytail while wrapping and its hard to untangle it. But once its on it looks amazing. Just wish it were human hair”

“The color chestnut brown does not mean it actually is, I received my Bellami extensions and pony tail both in the chestnut brown color but unfortunately the colors do not look the same at all! The ponytail has more of a red undertone compared to the extensions they do not look like the same color so why name them the same?!”
