“I can get this thing to stay in my hair for more than 10 minutes, I’ve tried everything, watched every tutorial, and finally went and bought clips at the beauty supply store to clip it in and it still doesn’t look right. I love their regular extensions but this ponytail is a nightmare.”

“I ordered my extensions and they came in GRAY and not a silver blonde . I was Told to return within 30 days but it wouldn’t even arrive back in that time . Not happy . The picture was definitely false advertisement from the actual color of the extension in PERSON.”
“I was more skeptical about the color this go around because I’m no longer brunette and the blonde shades seemed like a million things could go wrong but they matched perfectly! The hair is great quality but I’m a little disappointed with the volume weft. In my opinion I’d rather have the single wefts and more double vs the one bit bulky never wants to stay snapped to my head huge weft. The quality of the hair is still great but I won’t order these next go around because of it. It’s a waste I think and should be an add on option.”
“Loved the color and texture, but the one single hair comb piece unhooked the first time I wore it. Was not stitched or anchored in on the edges at all? And I really think with that weight and length you should have eiether a bigger comb with longer teeth or two. Not enough strength.”
