“I have purchased in the past and have since switched to a different brand. I came back to try again. While the color was amazing. The hair quality wasn't. From the texture to the hair always shedding everywhere. I won't be using them and I'm disappointed with the brand.”
“Please just got to a store to get your extensions so you can see the color with your own eyes :( Color Is super off ! I odered platinum blonde and the packaging of the one I received says white blonde , don’t know if this is a different shade but it’s way too white to match my platinum hair , I do like the quality, it feels super soft, very beautiful, I am just very sad I can’t exchange it because I already opened it trying to figure out if it was going to match my hair , they do send you a string of hair separate from the extensions but it is too hard to match it to that little bit of hair , so I can’t use it so I lost $300 I am actually making payments towards it still. So disappointed. Oh and the pony tail I received as a gift , Gorgeous hair , but WAY to heavy for my hair it slowly slips off my hair I have to keep adjusting. Not confortable so I won’t be using it either :(”
“Bellami has top of the line hair, however I am beyond bummed about their return policy. I simply ordered hair that was way too long for me and I am unable to return it. I just wish I was able to return the hair so I could get the correct length for my upcoming wedding.”
