“I purchased clip in extensions in ash blonde #60 and they matched almost perfect, but I ordered the wrap ponytail as well in #60 assuming they'd be the same color... The ponytail was not even close to the same shade of blonde as my clip ins. I emailed customer service and they will not send me another shade that would actually work. Very disappointed. I wish I could rate this 0 stars knowing I will never be able to wear the ponytail!”
