“I am an extremely dissatisfied customer. I have ordered from bellami in the past, so I thought this order would be nothing short of great, i was wrong. I have ordered ash blonde hair extensions before.The ash blonde pony tail I received was a completely different in color, it was basically silver. The weight of the hair was unrealistic. I have tried to call numerous times as well as send emails which seemed as though I was just talking to a robot, which is probably what I am doing now. I was unable to exchange hair, nor am I able to wear it.”
