“I ordered hair extensions about a month ago. It wasn’t what I was expecting just looking at them and I could tell it was was too light for my hair so I decided to return after speaking to a rep who said they would contact me 3-5 days after they receive it to issue my refund. I tracked the package and they reviewed it over a week ago. I have emailed twice with no response and no call back. The lack of communication is frustrating and the only thing I have gotten via email is review requests. So until I hear back, I wouldn’t recommend. :/”
