“Received the pony tail in the “same color” and it looks completely different that the extensions. Also the extensions get extremely matted ALREADY ! Super sad”
“Purchased this ponytail wrap and the color was NOT as described. I also ended up contacting Customer Service as soon as I received it and havent heard back in over 3 weeks! Only giving it one star because i have too. There is NOTHING ash blonde about this!”
