I had high hopes that the pony tail I ordered would be close to my color seeing how the picture looked relatively similar to my own actually. But instead what I recieved was a blonde hunk or tangled hair... not buying from them again if my life depended on it. Still wish I could give them zero stars because I still havent received my refund and they made it hard to return anyhow.”
“It is extremely difficult to find a good thick 28inch ponytail and this quality is amazing. My only problem was that the color "Chestnut Brown(6)" is a lot lighter than what you would call a #6 in regular hair extensions(I believe it is because the synthetic hair takes the dye differently than human). This hair is more of a light caramel(almost blonde) than a regular #6. My advice if you've got #6 color hair(/have bought that color before) is go for the #4Chocolate Brown, which is darker and equally as beautiful. It is overall super beautiful and does not look cheap, it is rare to find synthetic hair this good quality, thickness and length at such a good price.”
“Nice hair piece but my friend received one and loved it and was able to dye it to her color of choice no problem. I recieved one and it will not accept any dye- had it sit for 3 separate 12+hr dye sessions and no such luck. I wasted my $ on trying to dye this piece.. sad”
